Opensend

An identity resolution platform for commerce. Signals arrive from a browser SDK, a Shopify pixel and server-side webhooks; a normalising service gives them one shape; the resolution pipeline turns roughly 175M site visits a month into 35M identities, and a fleet of queue workers delivers the 6M that are new to each client on to their ESP, SMS and ad platforms. I own the backend architecture and a good share of the React front end — plus the billing lifecycle and the tenant isolation beneath all of it.
